Terms of sale
1. Made-to-Order Products All items sold at Emily Brooks Studio are produced on demand specifically for each customer. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed.
2. No Returns or Exchanges Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Refunds – Shipping Issues Only Refunds are only considered in the event of a proven shipping issue (lost parcel, significant damage upon delivery). To request a refund, you must contact us at emily.brooks1204@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic or documentary proof of the damage or shipping problem
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.
4. Order Cancellations As production begins immediately after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible at emily.brooks1204@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
5. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees may apply at checkout.
