All orders at Emily Brooks Studio are fulfilled by Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means shipping times and carriers may vary depending on the product and your location.
Processing Time Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- International: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. Emily Brooks Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if provided by the carrier).
Shipping Issues If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at emily.brooks1204@gmail.com with photographic proof and your order number. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
