Orders

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every piece is made especially for you, orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to help, but changes can't be guaranteed once production has begun.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

I ship to most countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my package is lost or there is a shipping issue?

If your order is lost in transit or there's an unexpected delivery issue, please contact me. I'll work with my printing partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the problem and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.


Products

Are the artworks original?

Yes. Every artwork is based on an original digital painting created for Emily Brooks Studio.

Are your prints made to order?

Yes. Every print is produced only after you place your order, allowing each piece to be carefully prepared before shipping.

Are framed prints ready to hang?

Yes. All framed prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang straight out of the box.

What materials do you use?

All artworks are printed on premium museum-quality matte paper by trusted professional printing partners to ensure rich colours and long-lasting quality.

Will the frame look exactly like the photos?

The frame style and finish will match your selection, but slight variations in wood grain, tone, or colour may occur compared to the mockup images. These natural differences make every framed piece unique.

Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?

Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor or phone display, but every effort is made to ensure the final print stays as true as possible to the original artwork.

Do you offer custom artwork?

Yes. I occasionally accept custom commissions. If you have an idea in mind, feel free to get in touch. I'd love to hear about your project.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because every item is made especially for you, returns for change of mind aren't accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there's a production or shipping issue, please contact me and I'll gladly arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

I'm very sorry to hear that. Please contact me within a few days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I'll review the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement if needed.
